Mortgage advice - 2 CCJs 4 years old

Hi there
our situation we had DIP with a mortgage broker and now we have sold our house which gives us around 45k equity
the problem is I have 2 silly CCJs which are 4 years old - the one is closed and the other one I’ve been paying £100 a month off and now owe only 1.5k
No missed payments on anything for 4 years
combined we both earn 60k between us
so question is now we’ve sold our house and we’ve now found another house, will we be ok with getting a mortgage with a 10% deposit ?
I will be paying the ccj off with equity also
just concerned about the 2 CCJs which are 4 years old
what’s everyone’s thoughts ?

If you can afford to move house/pay a larger mortgage. Why haven't you settled the CCJ earlier?
How you manage your personal finances is a reflection of you and your attitude to settling your debts. Lenders factor this into the criteria they set in deciding whether to transact business or not.0
