Hi does anyone know who to complain to about Surf washing machine pods? They are ,Unilever. They only seem to do Twitter or phone calls. Thanks

Isn’t there normally feedback contact details on the outer packaging? Could be they don’t want emails, and if you have comments you are asked to telephone.2

If you use twitter I'd use that way, it saves your time hanging on the phone when you could be doing something else. I just looked on the Unilever UK account and they respond very promptly to enquiries. Anything that needs investigating further they ask you to direct message them so you are not posting personal details for all to see.
I had cause to contact Nectar and although reluctant to contact via twitter TBF I received an answer as soon as their CS was open.1 -
