Hi does anyone know who to complain to about Surf washing machine pods? They are ,Unilever. They only seem to do Twitter or phone calls. Thanks

Isn’t there normally feedback contact details on the outer packaging? Could be they don’t want emails, and if you have comments you are asked to telephone.2

Just hit contact on their website and the contact us form comes up?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Thanks I did try that two weeks ago but no reply. Thanks anyway. My washing pods keep bursting in the packet.0

Personally I would call them and at least that way, you actually get an answer and speak to a human as opposed to a generic answer xqwert10 said:Thanks I did try that two weeks ago but no reply. If you use twitter I'd use that way, it saves your time hanging on the phone when you could be doing something else. I just looked on the Unilever UK account and they respond very promptly to enquiries. Anything that needs investigating further they ask you to direct message them so you are not posting personal details for all to see.
I had cause to contact Nectar and although reluctant to contact via twitter TBF I received an answer as soon as their CS was open.1 -
I agree, Twitter usually gets quick replies. I only put the contact us page up as the OP said ‘other than Twitter or phone’ so guessing they don’t use Twitter?MysteryMe said:If you use twitter I'd use that way, it saves your time hanging on the phone when you could be doing something else. Send a photo if you can and send it to them.
