YBS remortgage

I have applied for remortgage with YBS and below are the timeline.

13/02/2022 - AIP approved

15/02/2022 -Full application submitted

25/02/2022 -Valuation conducted

02/03/2022 - Valuation report received

I have responded to almost 13 questions via email from underwriter.

Please has anyone applied with YBS and can you share your experience ?

    I loved YBS. Applied on the Monday, mortgage offer on the Tuesday. Sent in one payslip and one month's bank statements. 

    They are suppose to be common sense lender.

    15/12/2022 - Full application submitted. Supplied documents and answered a few queries.

    19/12/2022 - Valuation fee paid

    29/12/2022 - Mortgage offer received
