Remortgage

Just looking for some advice.
We recently remortgaged and opted for the broker fee to be included in our mortgage. This is on all are documents and we were told that once everything was complete the broker fee would be transferred into our account and then we would need to pay them.
So after completion we were told to wait for the fee it could take a few days and then to send it to them. Turns out they never put in the request for the fee to be added to our mortgage.
I am waiting to hear back from them the communication has been absolutely terrible. Any advice would be helpful
