Endowment Matured - No Monies Received (Scottish Friendly)

I'm looking for some advice please.
My endowment policy was transferred from Canada Life to Scottish Friendly 3 years ago (nothing to do with me, a vote by shareholders apparently) and since then all communication regarding my policy has stopped. The endowment matured on 1st January 2022 but it still hasn't paid out. In November last year I started to make enquiries about what I needed to do leading up to the maturity date but with not much success. I've phoned but it takes at least half an hour to get through and they say they'll email me further information, but nothing every arrives. Canada Life were brilliant for 22 years, sending me an annual statement and letting me know exactly what was what but that hasn't been the case with Scottish Friendly and I have no idea what my policy might now be worth? I've sent an email of complaint asking for answers and they've responded by acknowledging receipt, and informing me that the complaints procedure could take up to 12 weeks, meanwhile my mortgage has run its term and remains unsettled. Any advice on what more I can do please?
