    These seem to be'flavour' of the month.
    I see them reduced in Aldi & Tesco.
    They seem to be like the pork medallions but not cut up. I think they are labelled 'pork loin fillet' in Aldi

    I cut them in half and cook in the oven for no more than 20 minutes. We have been eating pink pork for years and that is definitely how a lot of chefs serve it.
    We serve it with a blue cheese sauce.
