    Hopefully she had not exchanged for this planned completion? It’s always not a good thing to be renegotiating house price at the last minute as mortgage offer is a dicey thing to keep valid! Best not squabble over a few thousands in this grand scheme of things. 
    I think best get on with a new application would be my approach in this. Good luck

    NHunter is simply a record of the application data made. The system is designed to flag inconsistencies and share this data to member organisations.

     So they have lied 
    Read the declaration that was signed on the mortgage application form. You'll find that the applicant agreed to notify the lender of any material changes subsequent to the application being made. Couldn't be any clearer.
