I desperately need to make a complaint against this company about a secured loan taken out in the early 2000’s. This is crippling my family and their charges are so unfair, I just don’t know where to start, please help.

    You send your complaint to them so they can investigate it.

    Do note you will probably need to go down the financial hardship route, you cannot just say charges (that were agreed to when the loan was taken out) are now unfair 15+ years later
