Can anyone tell me what I have to do to make a claim for the small claims court I know I have to go back to where I purchased something and if its not resolved then complain in writing which I have done both but what are the next steps in resolving my issue (faulty car)

If you're in England, you should probably ask on one of the main boards, or a local English one. The chances of people on the NI board being able to answer a question on English law processes is slimmer.
