How do I remove shower screen marks from frosted glass?

Wonder if any of you fantastic people could give me any tips here. My wife has sprayed the shower panel with glass cleaner (not sure which one) and went to wipe it, but the glass is just stained with the spray mark where it is frosted! (The non frosted glass is not affected). She hasn't touched them since!
Has anyone got any idea what we could use to remove the spray stains? And why this has happened? Also, what should we use to clean them from now on?

I'd try white vinegar. It's what I use to clean our shower screen all the time, though admittedly ours doesn't have a frosted bit.
