Didn't work for me either Watched for half an hour before the time the email said and for 3 hours after and never saw my message.
Hope others had more luck.

Thanks for this OP. I sent my message on the 23rd of December, got an email on the 24th saying to watch the website from 9.00am to 9.15am on Christmas morning and it did appear there about 9.10am.

You have to load a media player plug-in to watch it. My message came up at 14.19 - husband was dead pleased You have to be quick though or you'll miss it.
