Best buy mortgage calculator issue

Hello,
I've been trying to use the best buy mortgage calculator to purchase a mortgage for a new house I'm buying. I enter my details and it comes back with various deals to choose from.
The issue I'm having that when I click the links for the deals (Direct to lender), it takes me to their website and mentions nothing of the deal I've just seen.
Example, barclays have a deal for a 5 year fixed mortgage at 1.71%, i click the link and it takes me to barckays website, but says nothing of the deal. I went and checked barclays rates and there isnt anything at 1.71% and I've spoken to brokers that can't gender the 1.71%............not sure what's going on with this but its very weird and confusing.
Any ideas people?

Don't forget it does the calculations wrong so you can't use them to compare deals properly.
Had a look and the clues is the fee is £749
The 1.71% rate is for green mortgages.

Thanx for looking pal,
It's weird because it's says the fee is £35 on the search I did with MSE.
Im surprised that MSE aren't more clear when using their search function.0 -

Just toggling add fee gets these payments and year one costs
£619 £7,437
£615 £7,542
Which is misleading because paying the fee up front is an overpayments and must be cheaper overall as you save the interest on the fee
