in Loans
I had a secured loan with Welcome, No payments made for over 10 yeas, no legal letters, only an annual statement.
Coast now own the debt.
I wrote to them offering them 50% of the total as full and final payment. I did this because this would be more than what they would get if they sold the property even at top market value.
I included an income and expenditure, Mortgage statement showing interest only and balance,
They wrote back saying to consider this I need to fill in there IN/Ex form, Bank statements etc, I did this and now since then have sent that form back to the in the post 4 times - 4 weeks apart each time, All without reply.
Around 3 weeks ago they searched my credit file - I assume to check my IN/Ex claim against what's showing officially. They will have seen it matches what I said.
Still no acknowledgement.
Where do I go from here?

Around 30 minutes after posting this a letter arrived and they accepted the full and final settlement offer agreeing to remove the charge, This has taken nearly 6 months but in the end well worth it.
