  • I find realfoodsource.com  brilliant value for nuts, seeds, flours, etc. , even taking the delivery charge into account. I follow a keto diet for medical reasons, and this is the most affordable source of erythritol sweetener I have found.  Also lots of plant-based nutrition like chia, flaxseed, hemp hearts with value options like broken nuts or nut pieces as well as whole nuts. Great for keto, probably also useful for vegetarians or vegans.

I bake a lot of bread, so I buy flour directly from Shipton Mill. I have bought toilet paper, detergent and cleaning products through Groupon.

Any flours you can recommend for bread and sourdough.
