Tesco extra points coupons - just can’t print them.

I can print out monetary vouchers in my Tesco club card account but if I try to print out the extra points coupons they ‘grey out’ as soon as I tap ‘select’ and I get the message “do you want to download coupon.pdf.json” (saying yes has no effect).  They simply won’t print.  Tesco help have proved to be charmingly useless. Does anyone out there have any idea how to sort this? I think you guys may be my last hope.

When you press to download them, are they saving somewhere on your phone? If so you could then select the file & email it to yourself & print from there.

Get the Clubcard or Tesco Grovery smartphone app and scan them from the phone screen?
Or just open the Clubcard account in the browser on your phone and scan from there.

But it looks like there is a bug in Tesco's website for printing coupons, it tries to open the javascript file as a download.
Probably need to report the bug to Tesco.
