1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the member countries of the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates only. 
2. Entry into the Prize Draw is free (except for any applicable data usage charges) and on the basis of one (1) entry per person.
3. The Prize Draw will close on 31st March 2022, cob. (the “Closing Date“) and any entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date.

Prize

1.  Subject to paragraphs 10 to 12 (inclusive) the prize will consist of:
   – Two (2) General Admission Tickets to a Premier League Manchester United fixture at Old Trafford;
   – Two (2) Economy class flights (or rail) to Manchester from the airport which is closest to the winner’s home location;
   – Two (2) nights at a Marriott hotel in Manchester – Twin Sharing on B&B;
   – Transfer from Manchester airport to the hotel being used (arrival);
   – Transfer from the hotel being used to Manchester airport (departure);
   – VisitMalta themed merchandise / giveaways;
   – The prize needs to be consumed by the end of the 21/22 Season, and confirmation of booking not later than two (2) weeks before.
2. Except as otherwise expressly set out above in these Conditions, any ancillary costs and expenses that are not included as part of the Prize (including (without limitation) subsistence, travel to and from the airports, travel documents (i.e., the costs of obtaining passports and/or visas) and/or travel insurance or such other insurance as the Winner and/or their guest may require) will not be provided by MTA and must be borne by the Winner and/or their guest.
3. The Two (2) General Admission Tickets to a Premier League Manchester United fixture at Old Trafford are subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Club and will be provided to the winner with the prize. The use of a ticket to enter the Old Trafford stadium constitutes acceptance of that Club’s terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club. 4. MTA reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize with another of a similar nature at any time.
5. If for any reason any aspect of this Prize Draw and/or Prize is not capable of running as planned, (including as a result of any reason arising from or in connection with COVID-19 or any cause beyond the control of the MTA) MTA may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw and/or Prize.
6. The Promoter, and/or MU and/or its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
7. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Winner

1. There will be one (1) winner of this Prize Draw. The winner will be the first person selected at random from all valid entries received on or before the Closing Date (the “Winner”). The Winner will receive the Prize.
2. Only the Winner will receive notification from MTA. The Winner will be notified by email as soon as practicable after the Closing Date.
3. Following the draw, MTA shall make contact with the Winner to make arrangements for the Prize. MTA may be required to pass the Winner’s details to its partner, Manchester United, so that Manchester United may assist with organising the Prize.
4. The Winner will be required to give their consent to the following: the Winner’s surname and county to be disclosed to any person requesting that MTA confirms the identity of the Winner, and/or for promotional purposes; and (ii) for the Winner’s details to be passed to MTA so that MTA can assist with fulfilling the Prize. A Winner may raise any concerns regarding this paragraph with MTA.
5. MTA will make reasonable efforts to contact the Winner via email after the Closing Date. If the Winner does not claim their Prize within fourteen (14) business days of MTA contacting the Winner, or if the Winner is unable or unwilling to accept the Prize, or if the Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, subsequent draws will take place until a new winner is found who is able, willing and eligible to accept the Prize.
6. Subject to paragraph 16 above, details of the Winner’s surname and county will be made available to the public upon request from the Malta Tourism Authority, SCM 01, Suites 301-306, Smart City Malta, Ricasoli SCM 1001, Kalkara, Malta two (2) weeks after the Closing Date (subject to data protection legislation).
