Stag Do Ideas in the uk? (where to go)

Basically getting married in October this year. Looking at going abroad or staying within the UK. Ideally want to go abroad, but because of the ****ing pandemic I think you've still got to have jabs so a few lads 5/6 don't want the jab (each to their own). So next option would be in the UK. Only problem I cant see many pubs taking in 15-20 lads boozed up or doing activities. Is there anywhere in the UK where they are aware of stags/big groups around so you can get in anywhere. Looking at getting it done for july, so hopefully everything will have been sorted with covid and eased.

Example, I went to Nottingham for a mates 30th last month. Only 5 of us wanted to start in a pub they refused entry because there was too many of us, first pub too so nobody was hammered haha... I feel you dont have free reign in the uk when with your mates.

What kind of activities?
I'm in North East and it's very usual to book for groups of 30 to do clay pigeon shooting, tank driving, go kart racing, paintball, bowling etc? 
What about the races, or river cruise with drinks included?
Even booking areas in a pub or club for that amount isn't unusual. You agree to a minimim spend each and get your own private area.

British Superbikes?
Blackpool or some other resort that thrives on mass drunkenness?
