Are your emails to them quite long and wordy? If I get emails where I have to sift through the text to work out what help or reply is needed, I'll tend to be quite short in my reply, mostly because I'm making notes as I go; then I have to decide whether to put more effort into making the notes into a nicely worded reply or just send as is, given that they have all the information needed. If I've had to work hard to figure out what is needed and need to answer other emails, I'll just send the notes version. If I get a short and clear request, it's much easier to answer more fluidly and conversationally.Statement of Affairs (SOA) link: https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/financecalculators/soa.phpFor free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline.
