Terms & Conditions - relating to the ‘WIN* a whole year of lightning-fast broadband - Random Acts of Kindness Competition’

1. The promoter is Quickline Communications Limited. Registered Company Number 05034183.
2. The below terms and conditions relate to the ‘Random Acts of Kindness Competition’ promotion only. These promotional terms do not replace or amend our core network terms of service, which all customer connections are bound by.
3. Entrants must be 18 years or over, residents of the UK and have the authority to decide the broadband provider for their residence. New customers only.
4. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or anyone using aliases will be accepted.
5. By taking part in the competition, you agree to receive marketing material, cookies and remarketing from Quickline Communications
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
7. By entering this competition, an entrant is indication their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Closing date for entries will be Thursday 24th February 2022 at 4pm 
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The rules of competition and how to enter are as follows:
    a.) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    b.) The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
11. The prize is as follows: 1 x 12 months of free broadband from our Home 100 package, usually £45 a month (up to 100 Mbps download speed) and receive free standard installation worth £195
12. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Entries will only be valid if the premise is serviceable by Quickline within the areas shown at https://www.quickline.co.uk/coverage-checker/. Entrants can check if their address is serviceable before entering.
14. Maximum of 1 entry per serviceable premise.
15. The winners will be notified via email and phone call by 5pm Friday 25th February 2022. If the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick a replacement winner.
16. Wherever possible, the promoter will aim to complete customer installations within 4-6 weeks of the date of prize confirmation, unless otherwise requested by customer. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to delay a customer installation – customers will be informed and will still be eligible to receive their prize. These reasons can include but are not exclusive to: 
    a.) Winners being from our new network areas and therefore being subject to final network being completed
    b.) Unexpected issues with customer lead ins e.g. unexpected blockages
    c.) Customer or 3rd party delays
    d.) Level of broader demand and installation resource
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Quickline Communications Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.quickline.co.uk/privacy-policy/
18. No cash (or alternate) prize alternative is available.
19. In the unlikely event that an installation cannot be completed at a premises deemed as serviceable and selected as a prize winner, the winner will be allowed to transfer their prize to another person. No other transfer is permitted within these terms and conditions.
20. Winners will be responsible for cancelling their broadband contract with their existing supplier.
21. Winners will be informed either by email or phone number, as per the details submitted within 2 weeks of the prize draw. All eligible entries have a fair and random chance of winning in the prize draw which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process. Phone calls will be made between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
22. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
23. Only valid entry information will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected, incorrect or late entries will not be accepted.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, applicants and the Winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the offer / promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
25. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
26. A list of Winners’ surnames and their counties will be available by emailing your request to sales@quickline.co.uk within 3 months of the promotion closing. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Should a winner object to their information being made available or request that disclosure be limited in scope they should contact the Promoter by emailing sales@quickline.co.uk . We may nevertheless disclose the information to the relevant Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
27. Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration, including (but not exclusive to) being included in PR or social network communications.
28. These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
