Accord Mortgage Timeline

Hi All,
Our MB has recently submitted our Accord application (7th Feb) Credit Checks and Valuation have come back with no issues, so we are just waiting on a decision..
Our MB has said our case has been referred to a senior underwriter for 'mandatory' checks, I assume a qualified underwriter has to approve?
No queries at this stage, but I am feeling nervous of the unknown?
What's your experience with Accord and the application process?
Thanks
D

YBS were super chill about everything and very quick. They are the same company / same group. So hopefully won't be much longer1

Very good. We had a extra things but once valuation was done we got the offer the next day.0

How did this all go? keen to hear on peoples experiences as we are just going through an application with Accord now. Currently here;
- 26/04 AIP accepted same day as application
- 20/05 full mortgage application submitted
- 24/05 valuation took place, valuation accepted as okay and further documents requested
Hoping we won't be too much longer now to know if we have the offer.....!0 -
