Gladstone's response to email

Hi all,
I've requested SAR and sent Gladstone's an email and they responded today (for an PCN issued in Aug 2020!!) which I still refute - what is the next step? Do I wait for a Court Claim? The stores in the retail park will not disclose who the landowner is for some reason so haven't been able to get rid of the ticket that way...
TIA

If you received a LBC or a court claim, you should read and follow the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.
Please also tell us the name of the PPC and where the alleged event occurred as it may have cropped up here before.
Have you checked the retail park website as it often gives the name of the management company, which is a good place to start when searching for the landowner.
You could also ask the council who pays the non-domestic business rates, and if it gets to court, then it's worth paying a few quid to get a copy of the Land Registry entry for the ownership details.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

It is UK Car Park Management, the premises is Acorn Retail park in Crawley - from the google reviews, it looks like they often try to get people on not parking within the lines!Fruitcake said:If you received a LBC or a court claim, you should read and follow the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.
