CCA Request - Response told to view online!

Hi All,
I'm currently self managing a DMP and have sent CCA requests to all my creditors. I have been dealing with Yorkshire Bank/Virgin Money on one of these accounts.
After sending the CCA template letter with £1 postal order 6 months later I have received a response from Virgin Money:
...I can confirm your account was a Yorkshire Bank Credit Card and the debt is owned by them and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 is available to view online at Consumer Credit Act 1974 (legislation.gov.uk).
I'd welcome anyones thoughts on what to do now? I haven't made a payment in 6 months. I had previously sent a CCA request to Yorkshire Bank with no response, the account start date was 2017.
Thanks in advance.

Ha, love it -
"the Consumer Credit Act 1974 is available to view online at Consumer Credit Act 1974 (legislation.gov.uk)".
That is just about the best response to a CCA request I think I have ever seen lol.
Of course what they have written is complete and utter drivel, we all know where the consumer credit act can be viewed, what you have asked for is a copy of your credit agreement, a completely different thing altogether, either a complete newbie has written this, or this is the level of ignorance you are dealing with here.
Well, your account is unenforceable now, until such time as a professional response is received, if that ever happens.
My response to this would be along the lines of -
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your letter containing the random information regarding the consumer credit act, and where it can be found.
However, that was not the purpose of my original letter, on (insert date) I made a request for information under section 77/79 CCA 1974 for a copy of my original credit agreement pertaining to this account, this is my statutory right under the above act, I also enclosed the statutory fee of £1, again as required by the act.
It has taken you six months to respond to me, and I have to say your response, when finally received, bears no regard to my original letter whatsoever.
Am I to assume you are unfamiliar with a request of this kind ? or did you simply mis-understand my letters contents ?
Should I now assume you are unable to provide what the act requires of you ?
As your letter is not really a correct response to my request, I must inform you that until you do supply me with what is required under the act, I shall not be making any further payments to this account.

Thanks Socrates! They didn't even tell me what the balance was or ask me to pay? I'll fire off the above letter and will start saving for a F&F should something appear. I'm slowly getting there down from a total of £65k to £45k.2
