It may not apply, but if the individual has received 45 pence per mile mileage for >10k miles in the year, then a tax liability may apply for exceeding the reduced allowance rate of 25 pence per mile beyond the first 10k miles.[Deleted User] said:If she receives 45p a mile, no further relief can be due.1
