Hi, I have been divorced from my ex husband for 6 years, however he is still named on the joint mortgage.
I am looking at changing mortgage lenders and I would like to know if I can just get my ex removed from deed of variations or do I need to have him removed completely from both the current mortgage and deed of variations

Will need his permission to remove from the mortgage and would the mortgage pass affordability in your sole name?
