    Since this thread has been discussing (apparently!) the prices people are paid by FiT per kilowatt - a strange metric - your spreadsheet should probably be set up to calculate how many kilograms of your installation have yet to be paid for, it would be just as logical :)

    Hi guys, I have no idea how to work mine out, I have a standard 4kw pv system installed mid Sept 2015. Can someone help me find my new rate please? Thanks in advance

    1961Nick has halved it to reflect that (under the "deemed export" rule used by almost all FIT owners) you're only paid an export payment for half your generation.
    If you have metered export, or if you prefer to halve your generation number before calculating your export payment, you can treat it as 5.99p/kWh instead.
