My daughter should have received her order yesterday it was on its way they told her but it was not delivered today she received her statement showing her order of over 250.00 and it also said first payment due on 12th March or she will incur late payment charges not happy because no goods arrived don't no what to do now.

Any idea what this will mean for credit accounts if they go into administration or are eventually liquidated? Will the debt go to someone else?

My mother purchased a £800 iPhone a week before administration was announced. I believe she has a credit limit of around £1,500 and has still being paying her bill as advised.
