• Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom(excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over at the time of entry, excluding employees of MIGHTY and their immediate families, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion. Failure to comply with any part of this clause will disqualify the respective entry from the promotion.

• Promotion runs from 14/02/2022 and ends 28/02/2022.

• Multiple entries are allowed.

• There is a total of 1 prize, which will be given to 1 winner to share with a friend

• The winner will receive the following: 1 x Weekend trip to Berlin for 2, over 2 nights, at Almodovar with breakfast included and £250.00 spending money.

• The winner will be selected by MIGHTY and informed by DM to email. No cash alternative will be given in lieu of the prize.

• The Promoter and their agents, reserve the right to reject any entries for any reason at their sole discretion.

• The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoters take no responsibility for any entries, which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

• The winner will be notified of their selection via social media direct message within 72 working hours of being selected and asked to respond for verification and claim details. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not confirm acceptance of their prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner who will have their prize forfeited and pick a replacement winner drawn at the same time as the original.

• During the claim process the winner may be asked to confirm their name, email address, postal address and/or age to verify eligibility to claim the prize.

• It is the responsibility of the winner to provide their correct, up-to-date details at the time of acceptance for their prize to be processed. The Promoter, The Administrator, and its fulfilment agent cannot be held responsible for the winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance.

• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent activity.
