Has anyone been able to contact Openpay UK? They have not taken payment but keep taking late payment charges from my account. Their phone line is dead, no one returns any emails but i receive emails saying I've not paid and collections will be in contact. I am afraid my credit file will be effected from a fault their end and not mine. Please can anyone help if in a similar situation. I want to pay but they won't take they money!
