Ok, I presume you mean your wife transferred some of her allowance to you

Normally the recipient of Marriage Allowance has a M suffix tax code i.e. 1420M not 1420L.
But there's nothing you need to do about the pension tax relief. You will get it automatically.
A week or two after you receive your first pension payment you should get new tax codes, splitting your tax code allowances between the job and new pension.1 -
