The terms don’t seem to match the promotion 
The Prizes:

13. There will be three prize winners. The first prize winner randomly selected will win:

(a) a 7-night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 or over at time of travel) in a Tramuntana Room on a half board basis at the Zoetry Mallorca Balearic Islands, Majorca. This prize includes return flights for up to 2 people from any Jet2.com UK base that flies to Majorca, overseas transfers to and from the airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person. 
This prize must be booked by 15th April 2022 and taken between one of the following date bands (including all return travel): 30/04/2022 - 26/05/2022 or 06/06/2022 - 30/06/2022 or 05/09/2022 - 20/10/2022.

(the “Holiday Prize” subject to the “Holiday Prize Terms” and “General Terms”).
