first time buyer with CCJ, lots of equity in property, mortgage offer in Aug'21 but no further on

    It may if that is the intention as it would be a problem for the bulk of the lending market and may explain the delay if the broker is stalling after a decline.

    Sorry, not sure what you mean? 

    He has moved in with another family member, so will not be living with us. He is selling to us for cheaper than market value as he doesn't want to make a profit from us he just wants back what he paid for it when he bought it 12 years ago.
