1. By entering your details, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions;
2. This giveaway is open to all residents of the UK, aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of AkzoNobel, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the campaign.
3. The promoter will be giving away a free iPad or a Dulux Academy systainer.
4. To enter, entrants must fill in all fields on the entry form on this page: https://www.duluxdecoratorcentre.co.uk/dulux-academy-competition.
5. The giveaway will run on Wednesday 23rd February 2022.
6. 2 Winners will be chosen at random by the Dulux Decorator Centre brand team from everyone who fills in the entry form will win an iPad or a Dulux Academy systainer.
7. Winners will be selected on Monday 28th February 2022 and will be notified by email.
8. Winners will be contacted via email and the prizes will be issued via courier. If a winner fails to provide their contact details within 14 days of initial contact from the promoter, the prize will be offered to the next chosen winner.
9. By accepting the prize the winners confirm that they are happy to take part in photography and for their name and image to be used in publicity relating to the giveaway.
10. The promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude any participants in this giveaway or withhold any prizes where there has been a violation of any of these terms and conditions.
11. The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
12. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice.
