    £4,313 In 2022/23.  £7,600 x 56.75%
That is ignoring the 5% sacrificed into a pension though.
Oh so what would the difference be?

If paid evenly through the year then it's going to be something like this,

    Real extra salary = £7,600
    Less tax = £3,040
    Less NI = £247

    Net pay = £4,313

    All the above assumes,

    1) Not Scottish resident for tax purposes

    2) The extra pay won't take adjusted net income over £100k

    3) High Income Child Benefit Charge isn't involved

    4) No student loan deductions

I think that was taken into account as the latest query was an £8k delta in salary less 5% pension is the £7,600 figure and the multiplier to come out at £4,313 take home is all the impacts of income tax and employee's NI brought together.

Perhaps the OP could be clear what they actually need to know as this thread, and their other thread, are a bit confusing.  Especially the fact the query was about the change in income between £80k and £87k but the upper figure then revised to £88k

    Apologise for confusion.

What I would like to know is what the difference in yearly take home pay is between a annual salary of 80k, 87k and 88k. The mention about 5% salary sacrifice was to help with the calculations.

Even if I could understand the monthly difference in salary between the 3 that would be good.

Essentially I have 3 job offers for 80k, 87k and 88k so want to compare

I know you said you couldn't access the salary calculator, if you try it on a different Web browser it may help.

Make a list of the 3 jobs, and compare salary, death benefit, health care, hours, commute, holiday etc basically anything that is a comparable to you to get a more overall comparison.

Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

I am struggling to access on any browser.

Everything between 3 offers is equal bar the differences in gross salary so I want to know the net difference monthly and yearly between the 2.

Those answers have already been given in this thread and your other thread.  Divide the annual figures by 12 for monthly

The difference between 80k and 87k was given by you kindly.

    But I don't have it for 80k and 88k

Both those answers seem to have been given in this thread.

Difference between £80k and £87k (with 5% salary sacrifice):

    Real extra salary = £6,650
    Less tax = £2,660
    Less NI = £216

    Net pay = £3,774

Difference between £80k and £88k (with 5% salary sacrifice):

    Real extra salary = £7,600
    Less tax = £3,040
    Less NI = £247

    Net pay = £4,313

Assumptions and qualifications in both cases as set out by DaC.

All you really need to know, if everything else is exactly equal between different job offers, the highest gross salary will always result in the highest nett salary.

Congratulations on the new job, whichever one of the three you decide on, and I hope this has all been helpful for you.
