Hi all,
I got in to difficulty some years ago with pay day loans and thought getting a larger load to consolidate was the way to help, this sadly wasn’t the answer. I took out a loan with Amigo, my partner being the guarantor. We fell behind payments and entered a DMP.
I’ve always wanted to try and claim as I felt I should not have been accepted but never really known how… could someone point me in the right direction please!

Amigo has, to all intents and purposes, currently stopped lending.
Its first proposed scheme of arrangement was rejected, so they are putting together a second one, which will be heard by the court shortly.
You only have a very short window of opportunity to get your complaint sent in, the procedure is described in detail on the debt camel website, which can be found here -
