Go Branded Surveys Not Paying Out?

Been a member since they were Mintvine and never had problems until the last time I have tried to redeem points. After not receiving anything, I tried to login, only to find my account was banned. They hadn't contacted me or anything. I had a look at some review sites and found that this is something they do to a lot of panelists, just after they try to redeem. I got a couple of responses back from them after contacting support saying that I was not earning enough points from fully completeing surveys. So I have screenshotted my participation history and sent it to them, but I suspect they won't respond.

Anyone else had an issue with this site or know where to officially complain about them? Thanks.
