Prudential endowment policy

Looking for some advice on whether to cash my endowment and pay off mortgage early.
Has anyone had a recent matured policy that they could tell me how they received.

i owe approx £42k on my mortgage - £30k of that is to be paid with endowment the rest is a repayment basis due to getting home improvements. 

I pay £288 mortgage and £100.50 endowment I have four years left to pay. 

Endowment is currently worth £44k

Which would clear my mortgage. 

The endowment statements gives you estimates of what your plan might be worth at growth rates at the end of plan.             
Low rate 0.84% - £52k
mid rate 3.85% - £58k
high rate 6.85% - £64k

So I’m just wondering has anyone had an endowment recently that could tell me does anyone actually achieve the high rate. 

Just playing with ideas with how much I’ll be paying to mortgage/endowment for the next four years would it be worth cashing early and having extra cash each month.
