Timberland Gift Card

I was given a Timberland gift card to the value of £120 as a Christmas present. However when trying to use it to buy a pair of boots on the Timberland website recently, I couldnt find an option to redeem the gift card. On a subsequent phone call to the Timberland helpdesk nearly 2 weeks ago, i was told that due to an ongoing fraud issue, gift cards could not be used on their website. As they could not give me any timeline as to when it would be resolved,I asked for my money back, this they refused to do.
Has anyone else had this issue, or reccomend what i should do next ?

Well as you didn't buy the gift car you don't have any rights. The person who bought the card does. Have you checked to see if there is a Timberland shop near you.

My nearest one was in Bath, but that closed down a couple of years ago, although it still showing as open when searched for on the website! My nearest one now is in the Swindon Outlet village, selling seconds. I'll call them to see if they are accepting gift cards.0
