I owe HMRC £5750 for unpaid vat bill from 2015, I am now wanting to know if the debt will have been wiped after this time & if not wether it would have accrued interest & charges to date.I am cashing in my pension to clear a charging order on our home made against my wife by Hmrc when they made her bankrupt & not sure if i will have enough left to clear the vat debt.

    I wouldn't be cashing in any pension!! What is the latest letter from HMRC regarding your case?
