So just an update, I contacted Intrum, didn't acknowledge it was my debt but asked for the contract, etc to be sent through to me, they've put everything on hold apparently whilst they send the paperwork.
this was 13th March & haven't heard a dickybird since....1 -
So a further update, they've now contacted me via email a letter/pdf dated 31/05/2022, sent today 06/06/2022.
81 days since request.
They have included copy of credit agreement & the statements as they've described (from 2018-2019 NOT from 2013 when credit card started).
Anything else to do other than now sort out repayment?
Thanks alot

Well it's not statute barred if the statement are correct.
What you really need to know is if the true copy of the credit agreement is actually a legal one.
Can you copy, delete all identifying features and post a scan here? Then delete it later/If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -
I think you're going to have to make some offer on this, either by monthly instalment or as a lump sum in full & final settlement.
They would probably accept some sort of discount at this stage but may not do once court action starts1 -
Intrum (or 1st Credit as they used to be known) have responded to your request, and unless there are some glaring errors contained within the paperwork provided, or its illegible in some way, then its very likely to be compliant.

Thank you, wasn't sure with regard the timeline as well, thought they had to provide details within 60 days or something?sourcrates said:Intrum (or 1st Credit as they used to be known) have responded to your request, and unless there are some glaring errors contained within the paperwork provided, or its illegible in some way, then its very likely to be compliant.

And did they need to provide ALL statements from 2013?
Thanks0 -
Guidelines quote 14 days, however, they are just guidelines and there is no penalty for taking longer, other than your account is unenforceable till they respond.bertie1979 said:

They have now done so, and it all looks fine to me, so it will be enforceable (again).
A CCA request covers any and all info they hold on you, it can range from a single sheet of A4, to a bundle an inch thick.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
