I've just messaged and chatted with somebody from the club and she suggested we try the following

Our website is most compatible with Google Chrome, so we'd always ask you try that.As other browsers do create issues.Also when there is a lot of traffic, the website does have issues too.Another thing to try would be in-private browsing so any errors aren't stored.Aside from this, we can only ask that you send screenshots to contactus@liverpoolfc.com so we can forward to the internal IT dept for suggestions on what might be happening.Although the troubleshooting above does usually work.
