    So as you mentioned earlier, probably best to transfer it to another provider, unless you want to pay the 3 % fee.  There are unlikely to be any transfer charges ( unless use an IFA of course ) but you will have to decide how to invest the cash in the new pension . There are some simple 'retirement pathway' options available that may be suitable if you have little experience of investing and do not want to pay an IFA to do it for you.
