Beauty Pie - worthwhile?

Hi,
I'm looking to buy some new skin care products and came across beauty pie. I've heard of it but don't know anyone that has bought from there.
Are the products as good as the hype? And if so any recommendations? I'm primarily looking for retinol products.
I have a discount code that will save me the day pass at least but most likely a bit extra on top
Ty

Don't use but read the Caroline Hirons Facebook and quite a few have used it.Now, be aware that products can be out of stock for quite a while (months), I read that complaint, so find something you really like and then cannot get it. You gather your money up to buy in bulk, then cannot because of products out of stock. The prices have gone up, you have to top up to buy things. Some like Beauty Pie and use but then leave.1

There's an MSE blog (from March last year) about it if that helps:
Beauty Pie – can you ditch the high-end products for cut-price alternatives?
I used to use it myself and really liked the Japanfusion cleanser, the vitamin c serum capsules and the retinol eye cream, but I stopped my monthly membership because I didn't find myself needing to order every month. I might rejoin in future to stock up, and then cancel again.

I find that there are only a few products that I re-purchase but I have the £5 monthly subscription so I just let it build up my allowance. The products are nice, although prices are on the rise, even at the member prices. I just prefer branded skincare, but I have sensitive skin so I use what I know will be soothing and not cause a reaction.
There's a few beauty pie pages on Facebook with reviews and pictures of results if you wanted to do some more research.Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £6573 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3364/£6000 | Travel savings £1508 | Sinking pots £25712 -
Thank you, think I'll stick with known brands for the time beingMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

I've been a Beauty Pie member for a couple of years. I really like the quality of their products and there are a few in particular that have really helped my skin, and which are genuinely cheaper than any alternatives I could find on other beauty sites. I do think their customer service is not great though. Also prices have gone up since they introduced their new "Beauty Pie Plus" subscription. That said there are some products I adore - Jeju am/pm moisturiser, Oxygen daily moisturiser, and the vitamin C ampoules are my staples.
If you're on Facebook, there is a Beauty Pie Sample Club run by a lovely lady, Hannah, who sells samples for a small price so you can try before you buy. That might be a good way to see if there are products that would work for you.2
