Santander app - remortgage

I inadvertently selected a 5 year fixed rate mortgage using my Santander app. Upon realising my mistake I reapplied for a three year deal. This was within a few hours. I have since been told that I admonished my rights to change or have any 14 day cooling off period when I ‘clicked the accept button’. Is this right ?
