Luckily fixed for 5 yrs at 1.14% (no admin fee) in September the rate is now 1.64%. 75% of borrowers on fixed rates so the ones who need to worry are on SVR and can't remortgage. Bond mkts indicate base rate to be 1.5% by the end of the year, will this cause house prices to fall or just stay flat in 2022 due to supply shortgage?
