Good afternoon all, please can anyone give me some advice, I am not very clued up with the Benefits system, I am a pensioner and was working 16 hours a week, due to on going illness my SSP has now ended and my employer has sent me an SSP1 What do I do with it ?? as from what I have read, I am unable to claim ESA or UC, as I get a pension.
Any advice would be gratefully received, thank you.0 -
The SSP1 form explains why the employer is no longer paying any SSP.
You might be entitled to Pension Credit, that might depend on whether or not you are likely to be able to return to your job.
Do you have a local Age UK centre, they might be able to help you?Signature removed for peace of mind0
