Sage kitchen appliances (food processors, blenders, cookers etc) going out of business?

Anyone trying to buy quite a few of Sage's various cooking appliances will have found that for several weeks they've been out of stock on the Sage website and everywhere else. It's also become impossible to order various spare parts, which is even more worrying.
Sage themselves won't say what's going on, and have no idea when (or if) the situation's going to be resolved.
It's possible that they're pulling out of the UK market altogether - Sage is just a brand owned by the Australian Breville Group - or maybe Breville's packing up altogether. Either way, it's not good for existing or future customers and I'd be very wary about buying something very expensive (which Sage is) that can't be repaired for want of a simple spare part.
Does anyone have any information as to what on earth's going on with Sage?

Sage have always been a bit hit & miss stock wise on their website. They do have a policy of making spares available to comply with legal requirements, but the items are never in stock.
I have been waiting a year for spares for a breadmaker and multi cooker.
I can't see them pulling out completely, the coffee machines are very popular. I suspect that they might decide to focus just on the coffee side.
I do love my Sage appliances but wouldn't buy Sage again.
