Offcuts - no good in my experience

A couple of weeks ago there was a short article about discount stores and Offcuts were one of them.

There was a discount code. When I attempted to use it, I had no luck. I messaged and a couple of days later received a reply alongside another discount code. This code didn't work either and one of the items I attempted to purchase had sold out.

Has anybody else experienced this with Offcuts?
