Win10 update has altered keyboard settings, except they're not changed.

After an update my keyboard has lost 'at' and hash symbols (replaced by other characters).
Region still set to UK.
Any ideas what has happened and how to get characters back to normal.

Start -> Settings -> Time & Language - > Language (on left) -> Keyboard.
