Competition Details:

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The promoter is: Frozen Brothers Ltd whose registered office is at Frozen Brothers Ltd, Coronation Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3TA.

The Promotion is open only to residents belonging to the UK & ROI, who are 16 years of age or older at the date of entry. Prizes awarded to a minor will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian.

Closing dates are specified on competition posts. After these dates then no further entries to the competitions will be permitted. This closing date is as specified in each competition, and Frozen Brothers Ltd reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

No more than one prize per winner will be granted for the whole duration of the Promotion. Contestants can enter as many times as they like. 

By submitting your video you understand and agree that Frozen Brothers Ltd has no obligation to publish your video. 

 You must be the author/copy write holder of all images submitted. All entry privacy settings should be set to Public so Frozen Brothers Ltd and others can view the submission.

 Public Vote:

The five finalist entries will be uploaded to lovetangoiceblast.com where the public will determine the winner through an online voting system. When the competition closes, the entrant’s video with the most votes will be declared the winner.

By submitting your video entry you are consenting to the use of your footage on the lovetangoiceblast.com website as well as further marketing promotion of the competition.

Prize Winner:

Employees of Frozen Brothers Ltd or their family members or anyone helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

The winner will be notified by a social media message, email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The prize for each winner are as follows:

The Main Prize:

The entrant who is determined the winner by public vote will win the Main Prize. The Main Prize is a commercial IceStation Tango Ice Blast machine installed in the winner’s property for one month from March 11th to April 11th 2022.  

This requires the below:

• Permission from the property owner or landlord for this installation to take place. 

• An install zone on the ground floor of the building with no step access.

• Electricity supply to the install zone. 

• 2 hour-minimum parking available within 50m of your property.

• A minimum 730mm clearance at property entry and 710mm clearance to the space in your property where you would like your IceStation Installed.

• A minimum space of 910mm wide and 870mm deep for your new IceStation in your property.

• A bottle of CO2 (provided by Frozen Brothers) positioned inside your property for the duration. 

• Acknowledgement of current COVID-19 guidelines and confirmation that everyone in the property has no symptoms at the time of install. 

 If the Main Prize winner’s property cannot meet all of the above requirements then we reserve the right to withdraw the Main Prize and pick a replacement winner. This replacement winner will be the competition’s runner-up. 

The Main Prize winner agrees that this machine can only be used for personal use. Any commercial use will result in immediate removal of the Main Prize and further investigation. 

The Main Prize winner will be held responsible for any and all damage to machine belonging to Frozen Brothers or any other third-party to the extent caused by any act or omission of the winner. The winner shall be responsible for repairing any damages or losses and shall pay the costs therefor.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. This includes Frozen Brothers filming the delivery/installation event and using this media for social media promotion. This event may involve music, merchandise and influencer/lookalike presence at your property. The winner also agrees to upload three social media posts on Instagram or TikTok with the machine tagging the official Tango Ice Blast account on the platform within 30 days of the Main Prize installation to the property. This content must be briefed and approved by Frozen Brothers. The winner agrees that this content can be used by Frozen Brothers Ltd for online promotion.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

No cash alternative to the Main Prize will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Frozen Brothers Ltd, Coronation Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3TA

The Cash Prize:

By voting for a winner and submitting your details on lovetangoiceblast.com you will be entered into the draw to win the Cash Prize. 

The Cash Prize is £1000 total. 

The winner will be chosen at random by the promoter ‘Frozen Brothers Ltd’.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. This includes Frozen Brothers filming/photographing the handover of a giant cheque with one of Frozen Brothers’ lookalike/influencer talents and using this media for social media promotion. This event may involve music, merchandise and crew presence at your property. 

If the Cash Prize winner chooses not to consent to the above then we reserve the right to withdraw the Cash Prize and pick a replacement winner. This replacement winner will be determined at random.
