Nurses Tax Relief

Please can I ask if anyone has been able to claim any tax relief for NMC costs, RCN fees, laundering of uniform and bit unusual but I have read something about buying shoes, tights and underwear !
Any guidance would be very gratefully received, thank you

No receipts are needed, it's a fixed amount of £18/year.  So a tax saving of £3.60 for a basic rate payer.
